We met Rick at a home he had for sale and, after meeting with him a few times, felt that we would get along well with Rick, which was important for us during our project. Rick worked with our Architect and worked closely with me on my design ideas and direction, and always found a way to implement our vision for the project. The amount of detailing and customization we created together has resulted in a home that fit our vision perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful home we now live in and are happy to call Rick a friend.

We never had a custom home designed and built for us before and so we did a lot of research to ensure we made the right choice for the design and construction of our forever home. After meeting with Rick a few times, Ron and I felt he was the person we really wanted to work with on our project. Rick connected us with a great architect and their joint efforts led to the creation of our dream home where we now live. Our home includes innovative materials and unique detailing with some great custom features that we helped design. All this, including the very high quality of construction, resulted in a final product that we are proud to call home! During the build, I recruited Rick to the board of Rooted Homes, an affordable homeownership non-profit, where we spent seven years working together. Rick has and continues to be a good friend of ours.

I bought a home Rick had for sale almost 20 years ago. Rick completed some minor modifications to the home, and we got along well. I hired Rick to build out an office/hangout area at my hangar at the Bend airport. It turned out great! Rick and I remained friends and were partners in a spec home build on the adjacent lot. If I ever built again, I would happily work with Rick. He is trustworthy, experienced, has a great attitude, and builds a high-quality home!
