Rick Hayes

Rick Hayes, Manager of Luxe Homes LLC, has led the development of residential and commercial projects throughout Central Oregon and works with a team first/client first mentality.  Rick graduated from the Construction Management program at Oregon State and later completed his MBA at Washington State.  Rick has held Sustainable Buildings Advisor and Project Management Professional certifications, has been a member of the Central Oregon Builders Association, National Association of Home Builders, and has a strong working relationship with Earth Advantage through their home certification program.  

Rick thoroughly enjoys working with clients to make their dream home become a reality.  Working closely with the architect and owners, the visioning process becomes a plan that is well thought out and responsive to the clients needs.  A successful project is one where builder and owner become friends during the project and have a friendship that continues well after project completion.  Rick believes that the client’s visions and desires need to be incorporated into the project and that if budget is an issue, that recommendations and information be provided to the client for informed decision making.

I bought a home Rick had for sale almost 20 years ago. Rick completed some minor modifications to the home, and we got along well. I hired Rick to build out an office/hangout area at my hangar at the Bend airport. It turned out great! Rick and I remained friends and were partners in a spec home build on the adjacent lot.
